How do I upgrade to Pro?

Click the "Upgrade to Pro" button on your dashboard. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your dashboard and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel anytime — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Why aren't my clicks being tracked?

Make sure you're sharing the Tracklix redirect URL, not the original affiliate URL. The tracked link is shown on your My Links page.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@tracklix.co and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
